Building a collective vision towards student programming
As the district Gifted and Talented Coordinator and supervisor of the Gifted and Talented Specialists I have ensured that the team and the program has a clear vision towards impact and programming. It is imperative I collectively build a vision, mission, and the core beliefs with the team. In addition we meet as a team bi-weekly for reflection towards our goals. The team strives on high expectations and support. The artifact collected demonstrates the the 2017-2021 Gifted and Talented Plan demonstrating our efforts to design programing that wraps around student needs.
