I received a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin- Green Bay. I received my Master's in K-12 Literacy. In 2017 I achieved my Principal License #51 from Concordia University and received certification in Transformational Leadership from Initiative One in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I started my journey working with children as an Green Bay Playground Leader, Assistant Director of the YMCA Afterschool Program, and Autistic Therapist. Today I enter my 13th year with the Howard-Suamico School District as an Elementary Classroom Teacher, Teacher Mentor, and Teaching and Learning Coordinator. I currently share my passion for learning and the development of all students in the Teaching and Learning Department in the Howard-Suamico School District. As a Teaching and Learning Coordinator, I lead the school district’s professional development plan and oversee the coordination of teacher mentoring and coaching program. My favorite part of my role as Teaching and Learning Coordinator is “learning along with my colleagues” and "igniting potential" in learners- preparing them for an ever changing world.
In my spare time you can find me reading, paddle boarding, fishing, dining out with friends, and most often spending time with my family. I live in Suamico with my husband, Keith, three daughters, Emrie, Olivia, and Norah.
